Health protection is a priority for all our construction activities. We regularly monitor the quality of air, water and soil and take measures to protect the health of residents and everyone involved in the construction.
Soil, water and air protection
The protection of soil, groundwater, surface water and air is a key element of the entire project. We regularly monitor the quality of groundwater and the condition of the soil. Contaminated materials are professionally removed or decontaminated. The goal is to improve the quality of the environment in this part of the city in the long term.
Leeds GOLD
Preparatory work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the LEED New Construction certification at the GOLD level. This approach emphasizes energy efficiency, sustainability and environmental friendliness right from the preparatory work. This includes, for example, careful selection of materials, optimization of construction processes with regard to minimizing the impact on the environment and creating conditions for a healthy and comfortable indoor environment. All steps are conducted with the aim of meeting the standards of a modern and responsible approach to construction defined by the LEED certification.
